21.3.10 Warrior

For those of you who don't know, I have a younger brother with Down Syndrome. His name is Randy and he is my favorite person in the world. He is kind and caring and has a special light around him.

For those of you who don't know, March 21st is World Down Syndrome Day. 21 is significant in Down Syndrome because those with Down Syndrome have 21 chromosomes instead of 20.

This year for World Down Syndrome Day I am being a warrior for a very special boy named Vlad who is an orphan with Down Syndrome in Ukraine (pictured above). What this means is that I am trying to raise money to be put in a grant for him that will go towards his adoption, and I need your help. The goal is for people to donate 21 dollars to his grant because of the special significance of the 21 Chromosomes. But any amount helps. The money donate could mean the difference between adoption or a life in an institution.

The donations are done through Reece's Rainbow. An amazing organization that is dedicated to the International adoption of children primarily with Down Syndrome. Please check out their site at www.reecesrainbow.com

To donate, if you have PayPal please log into that and send the amount you want to donate to reecesrainbow@yahoo.com. Be sure to put that it is for Vlad in Orphanage 17, or else the money wont go to him. If you don't have PayPal just click on the link at the bottom and it will take you to the donating process, and just like above be sure you put its for Vlad where it says notes.

Thank you so much for your support. Together we can change Vlad's life.
